Is it safe?

If you’ve never made a purchase on the internet before, it can be rather intimidating.  We hear rumors and reports on the news of identity theft or fraud that can lead anyone to believe there can’t be a safe purchase on the web.

That’s just not true! What you don’t hear is that the vast majority of purchases on the internet are made safely. 

Here at Dukatt ‘71 we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that your purchase is made with the best security available.  Our shopping cart uses Paypal to collect payments.  Paypal is a multi-million dollar internet bank owned by Ebay, Inc.  These are two of the largest names in internet business.  I personally have had a Paypal account since 1998 and have never had a problem with purchases I have made using this account.  Please feel free to read about Paypal before purchasing if you have any questions about the safety and reliability of internet commerce. As an alternative to making an online purchase, you may write down the name and number of the design you would like along with the details from the catalog - size, color, etc.- or follow through the online order process choosing money order as the payment option, and mail this to us along with payment by cashiers check or money order to:

How do I make an online purchase?

Once you are ready to get down to shopping, browse the catalog by clicking on the flaming “click for catalog” button on the upper left side of this, or any other, page. Choose a category and click on the name, or enter a search word on the left of the catalog page and click search. Many categories have sub-categories.

The designs we have entered in the catalog will appear on the next page. If you would like to see a design up close, click on the design and it will open up with a larger picture on another page.  (Sometimes you have to tell your browser it’s okay to open a pop-up window on this website.)

Once you find a design you like, choose a size and click on the color button and choose from the options displayed. If you want more than one of that size and color, change the quantity in the quantity box.  If you want more than one of that design but in a different size and/or color, you can go back to that design after clicking on the “order” button, by choosing “continue shopping” on the order page. Continue looking through the cart until you have made your selections for today. Then click on the “check out” button in the “view cart” screen. (If you want to go to the “view cart” screen from the catalog, just click on the words “view your cart” on the left side of the screen.)

This takes you to the shopping cart. You do not have to have a Paypal bank account to pay us through Paypal.  Just follow the directions on the screen, filling in all the blanks required.  When you are done you will receive a confirmation email with the items you purchased listed.  I will then contact you personally through email to let you know when to expect your items in the mail.

What if I want the design on a cap or sweatshirt?

If you would like to purchase a ball cap, sweatshirt, other style of t-shirt, etc., contact us by email at CustomerService@Dukatt71.com and we will let you know what we have available and the cost. Some designs are not available for caps.
